This Privacy Policy applies to the Sync Cam App.This app is a supporting control tool for digital imaging products. It only establishes a local connection with devices via short-range point-to-point Wi-Fi. It only supports close-range local control and has no remote network access or long-distance control functions.

To realize device pairing, local live preview, shooting control and function settings, this app only collects essential minimal data.We do not collect any personal identity information or sensitive user data.

• Local device information: device model, system version and local network status, used only for point-to-point Wi-Fi pairing and local communication.
• Local permission access: storage access is only for saving captured media files with user authorization.
• All device images and preview content are transmitted only through local short-range connection.
• No location tracking: relevant network permissions are only for local Wi-Fi scanning, and we will not collect or store your location data.

3. Connection & Transmission Description

• This app adopts short-range point-to-point local Wi-Fi connectionwith physical distance limits, only for on-site close-range control.
• No public network connection, no cloud server, no long-distance remote control function.
• All control commands and image data are transmitted only between your mobile phone and the camera locally, with no data uploaded to any external server.

4. Data Storage and Protection

All app settings and operation records are stored locally on your mobile device only, without cloud uploading.Photos and videos are saved locally on your camera or mobile phone, fully controlled by the user.Local data transmission is protected to ensure usage security.

5. Information Sharing

We will never share, sell or lease user data to any third party.No third-party SDK, advertising module or data analysis tool is integrated.Data disclosure will only be conducted when required by laws and regulations.

6. User Rights

You may disable relevant permissions in system settings at any time.You can uninstall the app to clear all local cache and data.You may turn off device Wi-Fi to terminate the point-to-point connection at any time.
